• Download and print the registration form
• Fill out all required fields with accurate information
• Attach required documents and photographs
• Submit the completed form to our office or authorized representatives
• Keep a copy for your records

• Identity proof (Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Driver's License)
• Address proof (Utility bill, Bank statement, etc.)
• Caste certificate (if applicable)
• Recent passport-size photographs
• Educational certificates
